For landscape design or installation projects that require drawings or more detailed planning, it can take longer — typically within two weeks. We’ll always keep you updated if it’s expected to take more time.
How soon can I get scheduled?
That depends on the type of service:
Lawn maintenance: We can usually start within a week after signing your contract.
Landscape installation: Timelines vary based on project size, materials, and weather. We’ll provide an estimated start date once your plan and quote are approved.
Do you offer one-time mowing services?
No. We provide contract-based maintenance only. This ensures consistent quality and care for your lawn throughout the year.
Do you offer same-day service?
No, we schedule all work in advance to maintain reliable service and efficiency for all our clients.
Do you offer a military or first responder discount?
We don’t currently offer discounts, but we’re proud to serve many local military families and first responders. We aim to keep our pricing fair and transparent for everyone.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept checks, cash, and all major credit cards.
Please note: credit card payments include a 3.5% processing fee.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. For landscaping projects, a deposit is required to secure your place on our schedule and cover materials. The remaining balance is due upon completion unless otherwise stated in your estimate.

Do you handle irrigation or drainage issues?
Yes. We install and maintain irrigation systems, and can assess or correct drainage problems as part of your landscaping project.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We understand things happen. Just let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can adjust our schedule.
